Bitter/Sweet Dessert Party
Home of Matt Lagen, 852 W. Gunnison

Have you found that special someone just in time for a romantic rendezvous?  Bring plenty of whipped cream where you can playfully feed each other in romantic bliss while your friends feign gagging noises. Still optimistic about finding the love of your life? Make something sure to impress the fellers and turn Betty Crocker green with envy.  After all, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, not his... well, let's not make Betty blush... Does all that red and pink and lovey-dovey lace make you nauseous?  Then surprise us with a delicious Cellblock-style dessert!  We'll provide the accoutrements to help make it hurt so good. Or are you convinced this holiday is just a bunch of horsehung? (Hmm, that's not right... what's the expression?)  Not to worry, we have something special reserved for you, too!  After all, sweet could not be without bitter.

So please bring something sweet to share; a dessert would be good, too...

For more info email or call Matt Lagen at (773) 769-6489.

Saturdays 9:00 am and Tuesdays 6:30 pm
Frontrunners/Frontwalkers/Frontbrunchers
Totem Pole, Addison/Lakefront, Chicago

Get out of the house and join our friends for a 15-mile run, a 3-mile walk, or something in between. The group gathers back at the Totem Pole before heading to a neighborhood place for breakfast on Saturdays and dinner on Tuesdays. This is a great way to keep those calves and thighs toned during the winter months.
